CSC2631 SpT: Cloud Based Computing

This course will provide students with a brief introduction to the world of cloud computing. Cloud computing as a business model will first be studied followed by a couple of specific applications utilizing a cloud computing provider such as Amazon Web Services. Students will gain exposure to database management systems as well as learn to deploy applications in the cloud utilizing a robust set of tools provided by vendors. Credits: 3
