PHE1281 Plyometrics/Conditioning Plyometrics is a fast-paced, demanding, twice-weekly session for highly self-motivated athletically mature students wishing to improve their strength and conditioning for sports. Although the course requires some reading and a few quizzes, pass/fail status is determined largely by attendance and full, active participation. Students just beginning a fitness program would be better served in PHE 1381 , Fitness for Education and Life. Course may not be repeated. Credits: 2.000
