NSC2011 Natural History of New England This field-based class covers common plants, animals, and fungi of Northern New England and the environment in which they live. Topics include taxonomy, diversity, adaptations, and ecological interactions. Students will keep a field notebook and be expected to hike over varying terrain. Although there is no separate lab section for this class, much of the course will take place in the outdoors doing lab and field activities. Credits: 3.000
