WRT1008 PV:Writing Processes and Practices II

Writing Processes and Practices II is the second-semester credit course in a two-semester sequence to meet the WRT1011 requirement. Picking up on concepts, processes, and ideas introduced in Writing Processes and Practices I, students learn to apply and refine their writing and reading practices by applying them to a variety of genres and rhetorical structures. Students are asked to express their ideas and integrate material from texts, participate in class discussions, complete several informal writing tasks, and write academic essays of increasing length and complexity.
