COM2082 Collaborative Negotiation:Theory & Prac In this course, students study both the principles and applications of negotiation. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of the communication and process skills involved in a collaborative approach to negotiation and conflict resolution. Relying heavily on a hands-on approach involving role-playing and simulation, students will learn about their own conflict behaviors and styles and develop skills applicable to their own personal and professional lives.
