MGT2031 Organizational Behavior The course examines human behavior in organizational settings. The major elements of managerial and supervisory functions in business organizations and the dynamics of human behavior in organizational settings are examined. Topics include motivation, leadership, job and organizational design, creative communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
