A concentration in Natural Science provides students with a broad foundation to apply knowledge about the natural work to analyze real-world problems and issues.
A concentration in the Natural Science requires 15 total credits. Students must earn an average of C or better in all 15 credits. Students may apply transfer credits towards the achievement of a concentration.

Required Foundation: 4 credits
Choose one introductory course in one of the following disciplines:
- Biology (BIO)
- Chemistry (CHM)
- Geology (GEO)
- Natural Science (NSC)
Required Natural Science Exploration Area: 12 credits
12 credits in any of the following discipline areas with at least 7 credits at or above the 2000 level.
- Biology (BIO)
- Chemistry (CHM)
- Ecology (ECO)
- Environmental Science (ENV)
- Geology (GEO)
- Natural Science (NSC)
