CSC2081 Special Topics:CS/Game Development


This course provides students the opportunity to explore current topics in computer science with a particular focus on game development. Examples of topics may include: development of a game using an open source game engine, game artificial intelligence, game programming for mobile devices, game audio development and on-line game development. The common focus will generally be current game development tools and techniques. Students will examine these topics by working directly with technology to implement these topics. Students will demonstrate their learning through presentations, discussion and projects. This course may be repeated for credit. Credits: 3.000
