FY1021 Lifestyles for Learning This course explores leading health/wellness issues, emphasizing individual health-enhancing skills and behaviors. Students will be able to apply decision-making models and strategies regarding their own personal health, demonstrating their ability to understand and manage their own personal health/wellness. Health and wellness issues at the global and national levels are also brought in when relevant. Material and information for this course is drawn from current scientific research and findings.
