PE1450 Beginner Lacrosse Skills

This class will focus on fundamental stick skills for beginning lacrosse players. The skills of cradling, scooping, passing and shooting will be emphasized. Basic rules of lacrosse will also be taught. Students are encouraged to bring their own sticks. Mouth guards are required for participation in the class. Course may not be repeated. Credits: 1
