PE1620 Advanced Pilates Advanced Pilates will introduce students to complex variations of the twenty basic Pilates movements. Participation in Advanced Pilates will help students increase their understanding of body alignment with more challenging movements and exercises to improve form, flexibility and endurance. Students will be assessed on content knowledge and demonstration of skill proficiency throughout the semester. Course may not be repeated. Credits: 1
