BIO3061 ST:Neurogenetics This course examines the genetic basis of behavior. Neurogenetics seeks to be able to explain behavior in terms of biological mechanisms involving genes, gene products, and cells. Supported by background lectures, seminal and controversial papers from the primary literature of neurogenetics will be analyzed and discussed in seminar format. Knowledge gained from the study of model organisms will be compared to studies investigating the biology of human behavior. Credits: 3.000
